Claims Intelligence System (CIS) is an intelligent decision and orchestration platform for Property & Casualty claims that analyzes FNOL data from the insured, internal carrier and policy information, and external online data from the moment a loss is reported.

CIS applies proprietary claim intelligence, decision logic, and automated orchestration methods to determine what needs to happen next and independently initiate the appropriate actions. It reduces or eliminates unnecessary IA assignments when no repairs are needed, or when repairs have already been completed and the insured has submitted sufficient estimates and photographs for the claim to be evaluated without a field inspection.

CIS also uses its proprietary Coverage Probability Score™ to independently initiate immediate mitigation on water and fire/water claims when established thresholds are met. Rather than simply flagging the claim, generating an alert, or recommending action for someone else to take, CIS automatically initiates the mitigation process through prescreened local contractors and notifies the insured by email within the first seconds of the claim, helping prevent further deterioration and contamination while reducing claim severity.
